Shipping information including weight, dimension, and service selected by buyer shows on the order screen, but after clicking "Get Shipping Labels" no information populates regarding weight, dimension or service selected.
I always have to fill in manually

Same here, I opened a ticket in hopes that they revert it back/can fix it since like you said, it was working before and has for the last 3 years I've been selling. Glad to see it's not just me.

Same problem here. All weights and package sizes are gone - this started on Friday and is still a problem today, Saturday.
I am having the same issue. Also, when I have an order, Etsy sends me an email from "Etsy Transactions" that USUALLY begins with "You made a sale on Etsy" but the 2 orders I got today have a DIFFERENT email from "Etsy Transactions" that begins with "Etsy Order confirmation for: " So, I am concerned about what is going on. Did Etsy get hacked? Is there just some small glitch in the system? Did Etsy decide to change their shipping procedures? And, I did send an email to Etsy stating my problem and got their auto-generated replay of:
Thank you for reaching out to Etsy.
If this is in regards to the listings that were recently deactivated in your shop, please refer to our previous communications for information about why we deactivated these listings. (AND SO ON)
This is no way answers my question or address my issue, but since I can't talk to a LIVE PERSON, who knows?
I have been getting that email too, in addition to the old one. I now get two emails for every sale, but gmail nests them so the new one is on top. Just what I needed- more email from etsy!
I have also been experiencing weird stuff too. We usually get around 100 orders a day and VERY rarely do I get the "payment processing" status. For two three days last week I was getting tons. Etsy would end up canceling the orders because they couldn't process the payment. However, several of the order did get the payment processed by Etsy, and then I got messages from some customers telling me they did not place the order and their account was hacked.
I reported to support, but of course I get the "we have not been hacked" but I think something happened.
Same here, our shipping presets are missing when we go to print shipping.
If using calculated shipping, you set it up to populate the label.
I do not use that feature as I prefer to add it.
I don't use presets either as that seems to have never been fully developed from what I have read from other users since they started that ability.
If the presets are not working it might be the labels are going to undergo another change.
Same problem im having today… the labels won’t load the information on the computer browser (different shops too) but if i click from the etsy app, the label comes out with the shipping profile/listing weight and cost like usual. But i can’t get it to work on etsy site on desktop.
same here. didn't work on my laptop using Firefox browser, or Safari browser. didn't work on phone either. UGH

This is annoying, I use calculated shipping and have set up shipping profiles and all of the sudden the shipping labels are no longer pre-populated with the package details - very annoying! It was working until earlier this week.

I'm also having this issue, it was working previously (I am using calculated shipping, with weights entered for each of my listings).
Same problem in all my shops with sales, information says not available when going to print a label, and I have to enter everything manually-dims, weight and method.
I'm having the same problem. Etsy, please fix!!!! I don't have the time to enter details for every order when it used to be automatic. Please come in on the weekend and fix the problem!
Yep! Bumping this up cause I'm having the same problem. When I do fill it in, it says 'Upgrade Requested" in red, but I haven't heard anything about this from the buyer, and she paid for regular Priority, so assuming that's part of the glitch?
