I haven't seen any posts less than 11 hours old, and wanted to report that ShipStation is still not syncing for me.

Yeah, mine is still erroring out when I try to edit existing store. Hopefully it's resolved by morning.

I can't even reconnect on the Shipstation end. I get a 404 message. I was hoping to disconnect and reconnect.

I'm getting the 404 error no matter what I do. If you are lucky and get the timing perfect when updating the store it will reconnect. That is a one in a million chances. Ahhh!
Manually entering everything on both ends. Duplicates will occur. This is a mess...

I cannot edit the existing store, either, and no one has been able to tell me what happens if I delete the current one and create a new one.
The flippant response by Etsy here is very disappointing. As a seller who personalizes every item we ship, we depend dearly on the ability to have all of our orders in one place where we can operate, and ShipStation is that for us. We're currently scrambling to figure out the best way to process all of our orders that have to go out tomorrow while simultaneously trying to get all of the orders from today updated inside of Etsy.
All it would take is someone giving a brief update...anything really.

If some users can connect and others can’t, it is likely a problem with one of Etsy’s cloud servers. I wonder if the outage is location based. But, all we can do is wonder because Etsy is being silent.

What is the ETA on this being resolved, and when is the next update to the community scheduled?
This is impacting ability to provide world class service to customers. Our customers are Etsy customers, and we are customers to Etsy as well.
The frequency and consistency with which updates are provided indicates how important this issue is to Etsy, and subsequently the importance of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Additionally, with no information it is difficult to determine how/when the problem should be solved on our end for our customers. If we knew an official update was coming at noon, for example, we could divert our focus to other things until then. We could plan instead of waiting for a moment to quickly react. If Etsy thinks this is a large issue that could go on for days, we can put the action into place now, and that may be a different action than one for a shorter outage.
Things happen. Here on Etsy we are partners when the things happen. Leaving a partner in the dark during challenges can breed mistrust and affect commitment and loyalty.
Please let us know when the next update is coming.

I tried disconnecting the app/integration on Etsy and now Shipstation isn't even an available integration app. What is going on!?
