Invisible items in Etsy search

hello,

All of my items became invisible in the search results overnight, for no reason. Yet I still have access to my store normally

I did not receive any email from Etsy explaining the problem.

I have tried to call Etsy support dozens of times for sellers in Ireland, but never get through. can you help me

Your shop is not indexed. You need to create a support ticket for etsy to review. This can take anywhere from 24 hours to 4 days ish to resolve.

Thank you for your answer, I just created a support ticket, hoping that they will answer it this time, also hoping that I opened my ticket in the right place !

@Licanty: My high school French is really bad, but are you sure that you do not have any copyright or trademark infringements? Etsy is cracking down on what they feel inappropriate. And the bots are also "reading" images.

Ma boutique sera destinée à mes créations de sac (mon propre design)

j'ai envoyé une demande d assistance il y a maintenant 4 jours mais j ai toujours pas de réponse.

Est ce que vous avez une solution ou une idée?

@MoroccanCraftMaster The OP followed the advice that TheWestcountryWitch provided above.

She contacted Support (dashboard > Community & Help > Contact us) in order to resolve her deindexing problem.  If you send an email, put ''shop not indexed'' in the subject line.

@MoroccanCraftMaster  :  And do not be surprised if you receive a generic reply. Every support eMail from Etsy will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that to keep the report alive.  You may have to do this innumerable times (once on every response from Etsy) before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

@BagmakerSupply  Ok !! je vous remercie pour ces astuces. c'est vraiment très compliqué de vendre sur Etsy. J'ai aussi entendu dire que toutes les boutiques nouvelles sont pas indexées. bon je vais attendre
