Several times now, I have completed an order and entered the tracking info, yet my shipping stats do not show the info and it is impacting my shipping statistics. I have only ever had one order which was sent without tracking, and one order which the buyer agreed to me shipping on day 6 when I offer a 3-5 day shipping window. I have sent earlier messages to support and not heard back. I’m not sure what else to do. Any advice appreciated and welcomed.
I find that my CP labels bought from an integrated 3rd party shipper don't upload so the orders are marked as having No Tracking even though the tracking number is showing. I just copy the tracking number and click edit tracking, re-enter, and it always works. Maybe that could be a fix for you?
Did you download the csv of shipping from your star seller page? In the past, I got dinged for one that had a typo in the number.
Etsy isn't responding probably because they have stated that they will never manually adjust star seller metrics.
