Made To Order Digital Item Not Working Properly

I would like to report a bug with the "made to order" feature for digital download and can not find anywhere to do so.

I had an order for a "made to order" digital item. This order was automatically put in the completed orders section. I can not add the file to the order.

I have sold this same item before with no issues...it usually goes into the "new" orders section and then I select the order and add the files to complete. But for some reason it did not work properly this time.

yup, been happening for a while. Go in and edit the listing, change to physical or the date, and change it back. should fix it till it breaks again.

Same here.  This is my first order for made-to-order, but been searching the community and see others have been having this problem off and on since Etsy made this change.  Must be a bug.  I'll try what CappuccinoLace suggests and hope this fixes it for a while.

following this thread to see if anyone has had another solution for order already "completed". This is also my first made to order sale and Im worried my customer is going to be upset.

@MadeByMaseCo  there is no solution to an already completed order.

The only thing you can do is email/message them the file.
