Why does etsy remove a digital files that I created it's starting t0 get annoying. I made a new 1 tonight went thru the steps as soon I published they deact it

Most all of your listings run afoul of trademarks and/or copyrights.  Perhaps a phrase or word you used in the new listing is already on Etsy's naughty list.

I'm not sure what a Duke of Hazard is but if it was an item surrounding that, the Confederate flag has been banned from most platforms.

The flag is still a no go whether it's represented on television or not.

That happens when you violate IP trademark laws. Etsy's new recognition system will deactivate even before the IP holder comes a-calling. As long as you continue with your current designs, every time you renew something, it will be deactivated. And, you risk the IP holders forcing takedowns and/or a lawsuit.

If you want your shop to last any longer, you'll educate yourself about Intellectual Property law and adjust your items accordingly.
