Hi hi! Just had an order come in..ok a few now, and the turnaround schedule is no longer calculating business days only. Shipping by Sunday, etc. I’m used to it not considering holidays but it’s jarring to have to explain this to customers!
If it is just the delivery dates, this would make sense. USPS has been delivering packages on Sunday, but not regular mail. Processing times should not include Sunday because the PO is not open on Sunday for you to access postal windows for service.
Nope! Processing times, alas! Hopefully it's a time zone issue but it's not the norm for a sunday date to be included in a processing window...this is new.
@NomadicMoonArts: Our experience is that calculating the ship by date has been an issue for quite some time, particularly for late in the day orders (time zone miscalculations?). All we can do is check each order as it comes in and update the ship by date as needed.
It's probably a timezone issue. I recommend that you click on the 3 dots on the order page and then access PRINT > Packing slip and see what date is on the packing slip. Often I find that the date on the packing slip is not the same date as on my shipping & order dashboard if there is a timezone issue causing the ship by date to be a Saturday or Sunday. Hope that helps.
Look at your shipping profiles or listings with this happening. I had a few get wacky and it was due to how they were set up.
Then randomly I'll have an order come in that is just totally wrong among orders for the same listing that are right. A glitch.
