Seller account locked three times

Hey all, I’m obviously writing from another shop of mine since Etsy has locked me out of my main shop, yet again. This is the third time in a two week span and I’m at a total loss. Every time I finally hear from support about the lock there is absolutely no explanation as to why. They ask me to make a new password which I do, totally unique (and strong) each time. And I get it back for maybe 12-18 hours and then I’m locked out again. All of my products are completely handmade by myself, none of which violates any Etsy rules since there are no copyright images in any way and I just don’t know what to do. 

Can this be caused by a hacker? Continuously trying to access my account? (Yes I have 2-step verification) is it something I’m doing wrong on my end? My customer service is top notch,  I’m always bending over backwards to be kind and courteous and I just don’t know. This is really tarnishing my entire view of this platform. Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice or insight would really help me during this stressful time. Thank you so much.

@BlueCatMall  As sellers we are supposed to name all of our shops in our profile. 

Search the forums for the ‘locked out’ problem - I’ve seen a few people post about this. I doubt that the ‘naming your shops’ omission is causing this. I hope you get it fixed soon.

Well, for starters, I'm not seeing your other shop account listed on this one so I'd imaging this one (and others arent listed there either) so that would be a first major disclosure issue.

Okay yes absolutelyI had fully planned to mention both accounts to eachother once I got blue cat mall up and running but so far I’m still in the setting up stage for this account. Thank you for responding

edit: that link was extremely helpful. I could not find that one the first time I searched so thank you! I’m happy to know I’m not the only one and I’ll take the advice of the comments on that post.
