A customer cancelled before item was shipped and though it is marked as fully refunded it remains on my shipping profile. How do I get rid of it?Thanks in advance.

Customers must contact you to cancel, but Etsy will cancel shady financial transactions as part of Seller Protection. Since it's marked fully refunded, can you click on the three dots and mark it cancelled?
It doesn't let me cancel from there. I just don't know how to cancel ...
@RetroLovern If you used an Etsy shipping label, request the refund for that label before cancelling the order.

Customers cannot cancel an order - they can only request that you (as the seller) cancel the order.
How do I do that?
Use a browser to cancel in the same place you refunded
As an FYI - The Sell on etsy app cannot be used to cancel. You have to use a browser.
