Sections not linked, click highlights but goes nowhere

When trying to go to a section in my shop I can't, the section drop down opens, if I click a section the whole row gets highlighted indicating I clicked that section, but the page does not change. I wanted to share a link to a specific section in my shop and can't do that.

Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: I'm on mobile using chrome at the moment. Will try browser later but not functioning on mobile.

I have the same issue but it does work on my PC just not on my mobile (Android). BTW mobile is where most of my orders come from.

In addition to this issue the center header text on a mobile device also shifted from the center to the left. Coding issues every day now.

Have you reported it to Etsy, I reported it this morning and the more people who report this issue the more chance they might actually do something, there are currently 2 threads going on about this issue.

A normal buyer would not understand the issue because they are scrolling thru listings and when they hit this matter they have no reason to accept/think it is anything but a problem they can resolve by checking with Ebay or Amazon. Literally  issues like this are KILLING Etsy shop owners every hour of the day. Look at your sales records then you will know you have been impacted because mobile views/sales are WAY off.

Totally agree, problem is people think they are reporting it to Etsy by posting it in the forums because the Help centre tells them to report it in Technical section, which is wrong information.

Maybe I will get a response from the Technical Team tomorrow, when I reported it, they said they were passing the issue on, like you say buyers will just move on, it needs fixing.

How did you go about reporting this? I get no phone number, no chat, no call back request, no email... how did you do contact ETSY? Please show a link or contact info that actually works.

It works on PC but not on the app.

I know posting here doesn't really reach Etsy, I post like this usually when I just want to make sure if it's just me or widespread when I don't already see another post with the same problem. I saw the other post after and Etsy doesn't let us delete anything

Glad to see I'm not alone, but this is super annoying. A temporary way around this is to tap the three dots in Chrome (top, right, from your phone) and click on "desktop site". The links work in this mode, it just doesn't look as good or as easy to read, but they work.

Nice thought, workaround but I don't think many buyers are this technical when they shop to buy a cool gift. ETSY did not have this issue until recently. Since so many buyers shop on a mobile device this impacts all shop keepers. When they skip ETSY for another market place we all loose.

While buyers aren't gonna go to that trouble and just leave to shop somewhere that functions properly, this is a quick workaround to get the section link url to share even though anyone who uses it will be stuck in that section unable to change it, I guess I have to consider adding the shop URL on it's own along with section link if I'm to share with anyone anywhere.

Clicking the sections hasn't worked (on android) for like 3 days now. The links don't open in my shop or other shops. It's a feature I use a lot so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
