This is detrimental to shops with huge numbers of listings, making it too hard to find anything. Customers are going elsewhere, most likely off site!
I'm only a small shop, but even I have noticed a definite drop in sales. Really disappointing.
Is it all to do with the new shop front? (titles and icons off to the left now) Why do you keep messing with our shop fronts?
It's a mobile issue (not the App.)
It's happening on the iPhone and on Android on both Firefox and Chrome. I get the section drop down but when I press on a choice, nothing happens.
There are other unresolved issues on the mobile version of Etsy. I don't think it's a priority for them to fix anything there. I think they are trying to push people on to the app.
The problem is we need to be operational where our customers look for us.
Have you reported it to Etsy ? I have just reported the issue to them via chat and they have passed it on to the technical team !!
The more people report the issue the better.

@TheClassicAcorn @OwlAlwaysKnit If it is of any consolation, I looked at both of your shops and the section links work perfectly. So, either Etsy fixed the issue or it is something on our own end. Hope that helps a bit.
Yes, your shop sections are working for me as well.
On mobile or on desktop? It's the drop down menu that doesn't work, the desktop version isn't a drop down, it's actual links to sections you click on, I'm on mobile, it doesn't work for me in their or my shop

@TheOldBarnDoor thanks for checking but its still not working for me and I have tried in several shops and in Chrome and Edge, there have been others who have posted the same issue, will just have to wait I suppose.

Yes sorry about that, lol. I pressed submit twice by mistake and then couldn't figure out how to delete one! I'm gonna blame the heat....
It confused me too and it doesn't take much these days.
I checked the OPs shop as well as @OwlAlwaysKnit on the mobile app, and sections are working for me.
Have you tried mobile browser, not the app?
The shop sections work for me on the desk top computer but not on my iPhone app
Are you on a desktop when you are trying to access the sections?
It would be nice if they got it fixed on the app too.

I can't click on sections using the mobile browser, but if I switch to desktop version, I can.
This is my experience too.
On my PC the sections automatically show up and works fine but on my tablet when I click on all to show the different sections and click on one nothing happens, the tick doesn't move, I just tried desktop site on my tablet and it still doesn't work.
It's working again now... Finally! Woohoo
My mobile is Android - maybe it's an iphone / ios issue?
nope - I'm on android and it's stopped working for me too!
I'm having the same issue but it is only when I click on my own shop categories that it doesn't work. If I go to another shop and click on their categories it will work for me.
I can't click on anyone's shop sections, including yours sadly (which is a great looking shop by the way!) I'm using the cell phone site, uk android.
