Scan Form Trouble

Is anyone else having trouble printing a scan form today?

I can't print one. It shows me the labels, but when I click the "Create USPS SCAN form" button, nothing happens.

Are your labels created for shipping today July 10.  If not, you cannot create a scan sheet.  Scan sheet can only be created the day of shipping.  It cannot be created earlier. 

It is possible Etsy is making changes again to the scan sheet.

Same issue today. This is a Etsy Glitch today also. Scan sheet we are trying to print is for only orders that have a ship date of today and when I click on "Create Scan Form" , nothing happens. Seems as though lots of people are having this issue.

I spoke with an etsy agent and they weren’t aware of what was happening but it seems sellers scan forms aren’t working.

We are trying to close down our store soon because we no longer wish to sell on etsy at the time due to poor traffic and declining traffic, and are working on getting our last orders out. (Went from $3000 a month to hardly meeting $200)

I have a bunch of final orders going out and my post office won’t scan them and will take days just to get its first scan if I don’t have a scan form and I really don’t want cases opened as I’d like to have a Etsy store in the future. Any etsy team know if this is Being worked on? Or any ETA

For over an hour now the USPS scan form will not print.  It is the end of the day, and we need this form to take to the post office .  Can someone please fix this issue..  There is another thread on this but the issue is still not resolved.

Chatted with someone in "support" and wanted me to send a screenshot of the problem.

I explained there's no screenshot to send, because it's simply that the "Create SCAN Form" button will not produce a SCAN Form. Got the usual non-answer that it would be escalated and I'll be contacted by email.  Great.

The Etsy shipping label USPS "Create SCAN Form" button will not produce a SCAN Form, nothing happens. Etsy tech department please fix this issue with USPS scan form!

Yup - I'm having this issue too - although I was able to generate a scan form for my Global Post packages, just not my domestic packages. I talked with someone from Etsy who had no clue this was an issue. How can that be? There were people on here yesterday reporting this issue, yet it's not a known glitch for Etsy? Ughhhh. In any event, she said she would escalate this problem and someone would email me... I'm not holding my breath. I feel bad for my postal carrier; the scan forms really save some time for USPS employees.

@SkinCraftOrganics Same here. I both chatted online and spoke with Etsy on the phone, and neither person claimed to be aware of this urgent issue.
I just don't know what to say anymore.

It's so frustrating... I don't like adding more work to my awesome postal carrier.
