Can't create or print a USPS scan form

Starting just tonight, when I select the orders I'm shipping out and click on Create USPS® SCAN and then click on Create USPS® SCAN in the pop up window that appears, the tab that opens up is totally blank AND the pop up window does NOT disappear, like it usually does. Please help!! Is this happening to anyone else? I really don't want to anger my mail carrier.

This is not a problem with it just being too early to print the scan form. It is giving me all of the same steps that it usually does, only when it opens the new tab where the scan form usually is, the new tab is blank. I have tried on different browsers and the same thing happens on every one.

Pretty sure it won't create the scan form until the day you are shipping. Meaning you won't be able to create it until tomorrow (or tomorrow in Etsy time zone)

The grey highlighted bit under scan forms says - "It is only possible to print a SCAN form for shipping labels that have both a purchase date and ship date of today. It is not possible to print SCAN forms for labels purchased on different days. "

It's let me do it every single night up until now, and it's not greyed out. It lets me click on and the new tab opens up, just like it usually does, but the new tab is blank.
