Sales Price showing totally wrong and higher than real price

How are you? Hope you are fine and prospering with your businesses.

I am new here but pretty literate as for online-shops management. To support the launch of my (first) two products I immediately set up an opening SALE and coupons. I also activated Etsy ADs. The price was wrong, much higher than the one showing in the shop as a customer. Green and black prices are inverted.

I asked Etsy CS and was kindly advised to disable the two articles, which I did. I also disabled all the coupons and Sale in order not to charge the system. Then I have been waiting for a few hours before re-publishing the articles and setting only the Opening Sale, no coupons. Unfortunately same bad listings.

I am here, since yesterday I have written back to CS on the same ticket but still no reply. 

I have noticed that other articles have similar listing problems with the SALE function, other work as they have to. I am orderly in shop management, I don´t want to cancel a SALE again before I understand whether it is a common issue or a problem in my shop. The ads are running but I think I have to stop them until this problem is solved.

This is a long term glitch with digital downloads and sales.

The price appears as Sale Price (VAT Included) with added VAT. It appears on shop home page and search, but is correct on individual listings and in cart.

There is nothing you can, and has been going on for years. Etsy wont/cant fix it.

Thank you very very much!!! Now at least I know what to do although it is sad that such an important marketing tool is present but not working and the problem not addressed.

Hope you get your problem sorted. I have a problem with the father's day sale set up. When I input £20 in the order total, it appears as £0.20 on the listing and in the Sale details. Anybody else with this problem?
