Sales Discounts Doesn's Work

Hi,

when I go into Marketing/Sales and Discounts and I want to add new items to my existing sales, the window opens but I can't add anything nor can I click Save nor Cancel it just doesn't work at all! I tried it from Mozilla and from Chrome it simply doesn't work. Please advice as if this is a but as I have clients waiting on my new items on Sale. Thanks!
