Can't Add Anything To Sales And Discount Section

I have a sale running in my store and I cannot add anything to it.  It doesn't work on two computers and the SELL app on my phone and then it freezes and I have to refresh everything.  Unfortunately etsy took my ability to call or live chat again, so I am seeing if anyone else is having this problem.

UPDATE (12-19-22 1:21 PM EST):  I did email etsy because it was my only option.  It sucks, but I am glad that I am not the only one with the problem.  And like usual they said it could 48 hours to get back to me.  Like most of the problems, I hope it just fixes itself, because I know I won't get the help.

Try resetting your modem and see if that helps.

That didn't work.  Plus my phone is not on my modem.  So the fact it is doing it on the app too is weird.

I had this problem too. It didn't happen when I wanted to apply a discount on a new product listing. I applied a new discount at the same rate. There was no problem. I think there is an update here.

Same issue. Can't print directly from Etsy, add to sales or basically do anything with an action button.
