Report This Shop not working?

Has anyone had trouble reporting a shop in the past couple of days?  I click the Report  this shop to Etsy link on the shop's home page, select the appropriate reason, type something in the box and hit the Report This Shop button. The button goes gray and window just sits there open. In the past, the window would close and I'd get a message at the top of the page saying my report was submitted, or something like that. I wonder if Etsy is tinkering with the Report This Shop feature now. 

Just to clarify, I was able to report a single listing, but not the whole shop from the link on their home page.

I got scammed by a seller.. should have took note as no reviews or sales. They never sent the item plus I was not able to view the item and was listed as sold out.. don’t know how that managed to do that but also there was no report this shop button. I can only think they somehow got around loop holes that once you bought the item you can’t review or report

@Digitalpaintedart you need to open a case. Use the button on your purchases page. 

FYI, the item was likely listed as sold out because you bought it and they only had one listed. You should be able to 'view listing details' even if the listing is sold out ... unless the seller deleted the listing.
