Trust and Safety Nightmare. Contact number?

Hi everyone.  I have been selling on Etsy for a number of years and am a Star Seller with 5* reviews across the board.  I was told to upload a document confirming my business details within 7 days.  I did this within a day and then my shop was put on holiday mode whilst they 'verify' the documents.  It's now been 10 days and I have emailed Trust and Safety team countless times with no joy.  I get AI responses constantly asking me to submit documents which I have done again and again.  I just need to speak to someone - Etsy says keep commerce human, what a joke.  Does anyone have a contact number I can call please?  I get they need to verify businesses but this seems like punishment for doing a good job.  I really think they need to review how they go about this.
