It's been 12 days since I sent messages from Etsy that they were delivered
Verify my bank account because it has reached the maximum number of attempts to verify your bank account.
I tried everything and no one answered. If anyone knows the support that is available for problems of this type and not their usual support, I would appreciate it if they could send me a link.
Nit sure but maybe someone else knows. I might try chat and ask to get forwarded to the correct team. Side note my husband gets a voucher from his company to spend on work boots from a particular company. The ones he picked after the voucher/credit he had to pay 15 cents. Except his CC saw that as a scam payment and froze his card. So then he tried his bank card who also saw it asa scam attempt and froze THAT card. I think someof the issue may be that the "small deposit" might be viewed as a scam attempt with some banks. Our bank it is an automated process..all tiny amounts immediately freeze the card. They were quick to fix it when called (even know who answered the phone by name as she has worked there for years) The CC took 2 phone calls and a 25 minute wait time to get it cleared up. My son said he has an app on his bank account (same bank) that will ask him "Is this you?" so it won't freeze it if you say yes withing a certain short timeframe. Guess we need to add that. My POINT is you should ask your bank what their policies are and what happens in cases of small "test" deposits..if they go through or are blocked.

The problem is the option itself to upload a bank verification form is not possible for me because only the support team can but they do not answer me, in addition I cannot call them because their service does not exist in my country
