I have a jewelry shop, and once something has sold, I could usually go to the listings page, "sold items" and put in the production partner, and then search for that specific production partner, so I could reorder. Now all of a sudden, when I do this, some or my production partners are not even listed there! What is going on? How else am I going to find out what has sold through a specific production partner, so I can reorder?

Why are you thinking this is a problem with Etsy? Don't you keep records of where you source your "designed by" items?
You're using production partners but you don't have any listed in your shop. Please read this from the help center to get your shop legal.
Actually, she's got about a dozen listed under her about section......
Such a "grey" area but, after reading exactly "what" the Production Partners do and considering the fact that the OP has to "reorder" but does not know who to reorder from, I hope she is able to work out how to contact the exact person she tasked with responsibility of making pieces to her own, unique designs.
.
not grey at all.
"All of our handpicked items have FREE SHIPPING!"
I guess that says it all............
@HouseofWhisperingFir I guess Etsy is just as confused as the OP as to what the terms Designed By /Handpicked / Vintage actually mean. But, if the product is "Handpicked" there would be no need to reorder because the product would be OOAK Vintage. Now, I am getting myself confused!! Perhaps this Star Seller with over 2600 Orders can "unconfuse" me?
Etsy doesn't care.
I do, big sigh...........
Sounds like reseller merch. So-called 'production partners' have decimated authentic Handmade shops, especially from one of a kind materials. And potential buyers have been so conditioned/confused by Etsy allowing & promoting such fake Made goods that many no longer know the difference. Etsy never should have allowed production partners back in 2017/18 in the first place & should vet sellers. Doubt if that will happen.
NOT A Definition of Production Partner: One from which you order ready made items.
DEFINITION OF PRODUCTION PARTNER: One that you submit designs to and they make "your" item based on your design.
Reselling (which isn't allowed on Etsy) is buying 'popular' items from a supplier and re-selling them for a profit.
Big difference - HUGE difference.
Giving @TerraStonesAstoria the benefit of the doubt and presuming that the production partner makes the item the seller personally designed exclusively for that seller (and they order in bulk from the production partner for better pricing since not all production partner relationships are based on the print-on-demand model), this post does point out the danger of relying on Etsy or any third party to keep your records for you.
In your announcement, you mention you also have a retail store. Maybe you can access your "reorder" list from there.
