Two-factor Authentication can't change old phone number to a new phone number. Can anybody help please.
@365ClassroomResource: You will need to contact Etsy - allowing you to do this yourself if you no longer have access to the old phone number would be a massive security issue.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Thank you it actually worked by the Grace of God I was able to get a hold of someone through an email. They helped me.
My 2 step has NEVER worked. I've turned it off and on several times and zip, zero, nada. It's on right now and I sign in without it ever doing the 2nd step. Etsy support..."known issue; working on it". In other words, it'll never get fixed.

@BagmakerSupply It has NEVER worked, not even on new browsers, new device, etc. I have NOT opted to have my device recognized. Therefore it should require a 2 step. What's the purpose of 2 step if you do not use it?
