Relisting od Sold items

For at least four months Etsy has been telisting items that have been sold. I have tried reaching them, but get the same answer. They are working on the problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

Check your listings and make sure they are all set to manual.  You can do this by selecting all the items in your shop through the drop down on the left in your listings.  Then select bulk editing, choose renewal options and click on manual.  This should change everything in your shop to manual.  Then check that you don't have multiples listed on any of these listings.  Etsy is not working on any problems so don't count on that.

I keep all my listings on manual.

Make sure your quantities are 1 (although my listings with quantities greater than 1 don't move into the sold folder ... they just appear in the active with the quantity decremented).

Occasionally I've sold something that was sold before and no longer exists.  I've assumed I erred somehow. But maybe it really is an Etsy issue.

When you talk to support, ask to be credited for the listings that erroneously were relisted.
