Delivery status not updating

When will Etsy fix this error?? 
I currently have 19 orders “missing tracking info” and the number is growing daily.. all of my orders do have a USPS tracking number, yet on Etsy it’s stuck on “pre-transit” status. When I click on some of the tracking numbers, USPS website shows the item as delivered. This is not only effecting Star seller status for next month, but my customers can’t review the items that clearly got delivered. As a small business I depend on my reviews for future sales.

This is an ongoing problem. Just scroll through the forum and you will see many having the same problem.

Part of the problem I believe is that their bank was one of them that crashed.  They are not updating tracking because they can delay payment. I won't be tolerating this for much longer. And of course, try reaching them. Nearly impossible any more.

I am having the same problem. They are not updating it because they can delay payment. I will be removing items until this gets corrected.  Their bank was affected and are delaying payment.  Not good practice.

We are experiencing the same issue of Etsy's system not properly updating shipping status.  This is for orders around 6/17/24.  This issue has nothing to do with delay of payments.  Customers received merchandise in a timely manner. - Charles
