Red banner in my shop, that my shop is closed, bank account not verified!

I'm trembling.

I'm seeing a red info banner in my shop, that says that my bank account could not be verified, because I didn't pay the small amount, and therefore can't accept any new sales.

My account is verified! I paid the little amount a long time ago! 

There is a link "want to sell here again? Verify your bank account."

What is going on?

Is this a bug, has anybody had this before??

@DropsOfEarthShop I'm a stat seller and it's still a huge maze to find the actual support page. It's the same for everyone. They try to make it hard as possible to find the link

Ok I can tell they are working it on it. I see the banner and a moment ago could not see anything in the finance screen. My finance screen looks normal now. Still have banner but everything else seems set. PS if it reassures anyone I did get an order about 2 hours ago.

Yes now got the same warning on my account. Etsy haven't sent any mail about the suspension therefore it is not true it is just a technical mistake

The banner appeared on my shop too, sent me panicking for a minute. Glad to find this thread!

I woke to the same message this morning. I received my regular payment on Tuesday.Went to the billing information and my bank account is verified and nothing has changed for years! What a way to start the morning!!!!! 

ETSY - Please advise and fix this issue!

the chat button appears in the dashboard for Germany at 15.00, so I suppose for France as well.

Thank you, yes, I think you're right for France; it's 15h22 now and the button is there. Thankfully the banner is gone now anyway, so hopefully the code gremlins have gone back to sleep. Thank you again!

I have the exact same banner. You have no idea how happy I was to come across your post especially since I can’t seem to contact Etsy at all - why can’t I seem to find a phone number for their customer support 🤦🏽‍

I am so glad I am not alone. I got the same warning about 1 hour ago and I wrote to etsy help because this subject has not open. I think there is a technical problem.
I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible....

I am having the same issue, red banner, saying my account needs to be verified, however it shows as verified whenever I click on payment methods. I hope this doesn't affect sales or payments.

Ok a lighter note this banner is apparently good for your health!  as I got up at 4 am as you will need to as you get older and checked my phone and see that. Well went and investigated to fund it an etsy program problem and all was well. my fitbit tells me I got 7 active minutes already for the day! Fat burn and all. All good and back to bed for an hour

I have it too, but a buyer just bought a digital item from me, so it is a coding/display issue only, banner is redundant. Gawd! crazy.
