Red banner in my shop, that my shop is closed, bank account not verified!

I'm trembling.

I'm seeing a red info banner in my shop, that says that my bank account could not be verified, because I didn't pay the small amount, and therefore can't accept any new sales.

My account is verified! I paid the little amount a long time ago! 

There is a link "want to sell here again? Verify your bank account."

What is going on?

Is this a bug, has anybody had this before??

It seems that shops are still live. Even though message says they are not. I have clicked into your shops and can see all your lovely items  Seems it's just a bug

I was just about to post this same thing. I'm also getting the red banner and yet I can see in Payment Info the green Verified mark against my account. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

hang on everyone , quick look at the shop names here and most seem to be UK shops ( other than yourself @AnnaleasFinest ) , as we saying this is a glitch for Uk and EU shops ? , are there any other shops here from other parts of the world . 

PS all my UK shops have this error banner

In South Africa and I have it too. In my payment section my account shows as verified but I have the red suspension banner on my Shop Dashboard.

I have the red banner too, but when I click on it, it says my shop is verified and I got 3 orders overnight.

I got the same thing. This is after my customers not being able to complete checkout for 9 days. 9 days of waiting on support to answer me and now this. Talk about adding insult to injury!

I am having the same issue, I have been selling on Etsy since 2015, my account is verified and says so on the screen so don't know what is going on.  I have tried to contact Etsy support but cannot find a way to do so, when you click on contact Etsy support it just takes you back in a loop to where you started from so I hope this is just some bug and it is sorted out soon.  Quite a worry especially with the Royal Mail hack last week.
