Receiving an Error When Uploading Digital File to Custom Order

I'm receiving an error that something went wrong when trying to upload a finishing digital design to a custom order that I have. I've tried both JPEG and PDF files, and neither are working.

Same for me. Tried uploading a simple ".txt" file to no success.

Up! I keep trying to upload my files and it keeps popping up with an error as if no files were selected.

So glad this isn't just me. Been on chat support for half an hour and they were no help. Basically told me to cancel the order

Can you email your customer the file/s directly? Then when it's up-and-working, upload again to Etsy. That's what I just had to do. 🥴

Same here. Says "Please Upload at least 1 file" when I have just tried to upload Pdf and jpg. On Chrome. Very frustrating. Have lots of orders to get out today.

I am having the exact same issue. I spoke to Etsy and they said they were in touch with their technical team looking at this issue.

Same here! Tried two different browsers (one I've never used on my computer before), and Etsy told me to delete my cache and cookies. When this didn't work on Chrome (the browser I always use) I knew it wasn't an issue on my end. 🥴 They took my contact info and said they're working on it! 

Also, I just emailed the file to my customer and when everything is working again, will send it via Etsy. No need to cancel the order!

Yup, came to the forums to see if anyone else was having this issue. I cleared my cookies and cache, still having the problem. I also want to mention I am using Chrome and this issue just started for me. It was fine all day until now.
