Hi team,
Our shop was suspended due to a “violation of Creativity Standards”, which is confusing because we made everything by ourselves. So we filed an appeal 20 days ago hoping we can resolve this within the 2 weeks they promised but haven’t heard back from Etsy yet and the request is marked as “completed”. I just filed another appeal because our shop will be suspended permanently after 28 days of the notice and we only got a couple of days left. Anyone got any suggestions? Thank you!!
Your products don't appear to be handmade by you, as you have stated. For example, I did an image search of your sea otter candle and it is available on many other websites, with the same photos that you have, including Amazon (from other store names).
Things that Winnie the Pooh will do it almost every time.
You have sold a boatload of the Minnie Mouse candle, which first of all is a direct IP violation, plus I see this candle is available on Aliexpress which violates the new Creative Standards rules. If Ali has stolen your design of those then you need to file take-down notices with them and show proof of it to Etsy. Unfortunately this still leaves the IP infringement, though.
With both of these problems in place, you might not get your shop back as Etsy sees it as a risk, potentially getting sued by Disney and all that.
the part about counterfeit:

regardless if you use the trademark names in your title, description or tags... the image bots are working hard as witnessed by many a seller here in the forum for one reason or another.
