Reactivation listings

Hiya, I'm trying to reactivate all my listings but they won't appear publicly.

How do I know they are public again?

I'm working really hard with advertising this shop and etsy is being counter productive, stop it

I don’t see any items in your shop but I do see 2 sales. What were you selling? Did Etsy deactivate them for being against the rules?  Did they ask for your ID?

Your shop is not finished… nothing on your About page to show what you are selling or who you are.

We need more information to help.

I was selling tshirts and some prints. I don't believe how my prints would be against the rules as they are kid friendly.

On my end I see and have written a about me. 

I've never been asked for ID. Is this mandatory?

How are you advertising? I don't see any listings to advertise.

I have a mixture of tshirts and prints but people can't see them.

I've been advertising by a mixture of tik tok, tumblr and Pinterest. When people get linked to my shop they show up and they see no listings.

You have no payment options showing, which leads me to believe your shop needs an update or required info in the finances and/or taxes section.

Go to those pages and you might see what you have to do, as sometimes they show these messages there in red type.

I think you were right as some information was missing. 

I am going to keep my fingers crossed this week and hope the issue is fixed.

From what I've seen in the past, when this happened and sellers provided the correct info, sometimes shops were reopened within a few hours and sometimes it took a few days, but they were all reopened eventually.

You have no payment methid which usually means ID, tax information or something else is missing.

By reactivating do you mean you have been gone for some time and are trying to start up your shop again?  Or are these items Etsy deactivated?  If there is a banner across them then Etsy deactivated.   If you have been gone from your shop for some time, you may need to contact Etsy.  Your shop payment account name must be your full legal name.  If you used anything else there may be an issue with bank verification.

After you get the shop payment fixed, you will need to attend to about page and UK compliant shop policies.

Honestly, I've been trying for months to get this sorted. I've given them my infomation correct, legal and clear and they still wont budge. 

I might try a different website as I am burning myself out on a website that is loosing is going down hill anyway.

Hello all! 

Thank you for your help but this has been a ongoing issue for most of the year which still hasn't been fixed.

I have done as much as I can to resolve this from re sending infomation legal, correct and clear to contacting etsys help staff themselves. 

Unfortunately, this is no a issue I believe the community can't fix itself as it may be a systematic. If anyone else has had legal/ financial or or any other verification problems please also say what you need. 

I feel as though the lack of communication from etsy themselves and the inability to know from the publics view of whats going on has become a disabiling barrier for those how want to go further with thier hobbies/ talents. If they want to get better they should make thier help and support be more people focused. They have left a gap where getting hold of a actual person or place would make more access for people that have been fighting for problems to be solved without a answer of why and how can I fix that? 

Any recs for other websites?
