@NanaLetha As I thought, they are community maker (means they are etsy officials) and perhaps they can resolve the issue. As I've already created the support ticket but no one responding, even after passing 5-6 days of ticket creation.
Neither me nor @TBQSC are etsy employees, so not sure why we are tagged in this....
As I thought, you gusy are community maker (means you guys are etsy officials) and perhaps you may resolve the issue. As I've already created the support ticket but no one responding, even after passing 5-6 days of ticket creation. so that's why I mentioned or tagged you but if I bother you then I'm extremally sorry for that.
@Jewelszone - why are you tagging those people in your post?

Community maker does not mean etsy officials. It's simply that we post alot. It's a forum badge. Inspiration Makers are a higher badge than Community Makers, and still they are not etsy officials.
The Etsy officials are the ones with little orange Etsy logos before their name.
Okay, Thanks for your clarification, I'll keep it in mind. Thanks once again.
@Jewelszone They are shop owners just like you. Not Etsy employees!
I'm very new here and I'm in trouble so could you please mentioned any Etsy official here if you know
@Jewelszone: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and unfortunately should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

We are all just sellers here (same as you) and are not Etsy employees. We also have no way of getting you in touch with any Etsy employees ... the only way possible to do that is the same way for all sellers via shop manager > community & help > contact us. If you ever receive an email from Etsy CS, just keep replying to that same message until you get a real person to view your case ... don't open a new support ticket as that will just slow down your original case and start it over from the very beginning. Wishing you best of luck!
BTW @Jewelszone Did you know? Your exact same products & pictures are being used by many other shops all around the world, even your Etsy shop "about" section pictures & video. With that in mind, perhaps that could be why Etsy is slow to reinstating your listings and why your 4 existing listings may be in jeopardy of being deactivated very soon.
Community Maker doesn't just mean that we post a lot but that we have earned the badge by helping others with our posts.
