Shipping

Hi Everyone,

My buyers keep messaging me and saying that they can’t do checkout because it says it can’t calculate shipping and they should contact me. Everything is fine from my side and I contacted Etsy and one person said that  this happens so Etsy cheats and dents my  buyers to another store to shop. So making me look bad. Why?  They also blamed the app and my buyers all said that they are using the website not the app Help please!

@FFGalleryDecor  I went to one of your listings and I clicked Get Shipping Cost so I entered my zip code but it didn't give me an amount. I see you're from Canada. Where do you ship to?

Hi. Thank you guys for letting me know. 

Yes from from Canada.  Everyone was shopping without any complications.  In the past 2 months this keeps happening. All my information is submitted and I don’t know why it’s not allowing some people from the US to checkout. 
 
Nothing has changed from my side. 
 
 
so many customers are upset and I can’t help them.

I get a shipping price of $50 on a $17 vase.  I am in North Carolina.

Are you making these containers?  I would love to see an about page explaining the process.

Heavy ceramics and right now it’s on sale. Canada post rates for box size and weight.

I added your item to my cart and went to checkout, and tried shipping to three different locations:  The US, Ireland, and Netherlands.  It calculated shipping all three times.  Didn't see a problem.

this one won't calculate to the USA, calculates fine for Canada and UK.

Does this listing have the Expedited USA and Xpresspost USA options ticked? It's like it doesn't have mail classes for USA.

Looks like @CappuccinoLace may have found the issue?

But when I've had similar issues, usually I ask the buyer to remove the item from their cart and re-add it, while also making sure they are purchasing only my item.
