Who do we contact if we have an error in our conversation rate via Star Seller ?? I am showing at least 4 conversations not showing up which would take me to my 95% ..

Please know that only messages initiated by your buyer(not by you) are included in the Message Response Rate. To get a closer breakdown of your messages that were counted on your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager > dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the Message response rate tile > select the Export link called "Download Message History".

Are you counting message threads or all messages within threads?
There is nothing you can do. It is all automatically run by computer programs. Even Etsy Help cannot adjust it for you.
Be aware that the last few things at the end of the month may not count towards your results for the next month.
