Star seller order number incorrect

Hello. My categories to be a star seller should all be good to go except for the orders category. It has been saying pending on the same number for over a month. It says the minimum is 5 and I've had over 100. Can this be fixed so I can get my first "star seller" badge please?

Hi have you been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale? If not that maybe why your order number is pending.  You can’t be eligible until after the 90 days has passed

It will also say pending when you meet the orders, but not the $300 in sales.

@cherylprintables: Presuming you have met the 90 days on Etsy requirement, the number of sales and the minimum sales volume only count the applicable three month period - September, October, and November for the December star.

We've double-checked your shop, and it appears that your shop is not yet open for 90-days from your first sale. Please know that aside from the customer-centric and minimum requirements, your shop also need to be on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale, before you are eligible to be evaluated for Star Seller.
