Was the message(s) you received about not being able to complete a purchase?  When you tried to reply, did you get a notification that it's not a valid account?

Help with what? You are being way too vague--no one can help you until we know the problem.

If you are trying to respond to a message and it says something like "not a valid user", that's because etsy has already identified it as a SCAM and deleted the account. They are protecting you.
