Printing Invoice Help

Does anyone know where to go to set options for invoice printing? All of a sudden my invoices have a banner across the top that I haven't used in ten years. I didn't change anything so I am not sure why this is showing. I do not want it on there. I have looked all thru settings and can't find an option. I have also searched the forums, but this issue hasn't been discussed.

Are you trying to print the packing slip (meant for buyers) or the order receipt (meant for sellers)? 

Try this 

shop manager > settings > info & appearance.

Once there look for Order receipt banner and see if you have a banner uploaded there. If so you should see an x to remove it.

Then also check on an order. Just go to any recent order and click the ellipsis icon (the 3 dots) then select print. You should get a pop up with options to print packing slip or order receipt or both. If you select the checkbox it should show you 'customize options' on the right of each . Just click that and make sure that 'order receipt banner' is not selected in either.
