Printify integration did not put tracking for some orders

Hi there,

I recently had an issue with my etsy and printify integration... due to this tracking numbers were not being put on my orders even though the orders shipped and arrived on time. This caused my start seller eligibility to go down, is there something that can be done to get it fixed, my rating should be 100%

Etsy can not and will not manually adjust your star seller data.

Contact Printify to tell them something is not right - perhaps they can give you an idea of what went wrong.

@AlwaysInNeverOut: There is a three window to correct tracking so you may be able to salvage recent shipments. Etsy's position no doubt will be that you choose to use the integration and that it is your responsibility to make sure that it is functioning properly and to correct anything that is not.
