2 factor authentication

Hello everyone. I'm with trouble with the google authentication process, I just can't get signed back in. I want to delete an old account, but to do it I have to log in and etsy asks for the 2 factor authentication code which I do not have access, because I have an hotmail account associated and not a google account. I don't know what to do about it. I can't access my Etsy security settings from the laptop either, as it's just asking for the code. Does anyone have any ideas on what it can be?

@DarkAjna: At the time you set up two factor authentication you were offered the opportunity to download backup codes. If you did that you can use one of those codes to log in.

I don't have those codes as well. Is there any other way?

@DarkAjna: Can you request a one time code from the log in page or authentication page? It would be sent to whatever phone number or eMail address is attached, depending on how you set up the 2FA. If the authentication is from Etsy (and not the Google app) you will need to contact Etsy.
