Price updates for multiple listings is not working

Hi all.
I have about 100 listings for which I want to adjust the prices - each listing has multiple (at least 40) variations.

In the past I have simply gone to the Listings page, selected all the listings I want to adjust, clicked on Editing Options > Edit Prices and adjusted the prices from there.

Now when I attempt to perform those same actions, I get the pop up telling me the listings have been updated, along with the prices on the listing thumbnails showing the new prices - however if I either refresh the page or go into one of the listings the old price is still in place.  I have tried leaving it for a while (in some cases several days!) before opening or refreshing a listing but it makes no difference.

I have contacted Etsy support and tried everything they suggested, including a different browser, deleting cookies, etc - nothing made a difference.  Eventually I was told it was a known issue and Etsy support would email me once it had been resolved.  That was over a week ago...

Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

I saw your post today. I am experiencing this issue now. It needs to be fixed. It's quite a pain to adjust each listing.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
