Star Seller Review rating issue

Customer inadvertently clicked one star on a good review. I messaged her a few days ago, she changed the stars to five on 4/1. I lost Star Seller status because of her mistake. Chat help told me to post here for help.

If she didn’t change until April 1st there is nothing that can be done

@MelsArtfulStudio: Because at the time your Customer Service / Star Seller stats were calculated it was still a one-star review. A change on April 1st would be after the calculation cut-off time (essentially 11:59:59 PM UTC of the last day of the month).

Chat only told you to post here to get you off of chat because they know nothing can be done because the buyer didn't update the review until April 1st.

Etsy will not do anything to change it.  And telling you to post here in the forums does absolutely nothing because we are all just other sellers here and have no access to your account or to the SS Program.  @NanaLetha is correct ... but the good news is that going forward, this 5 star will count towards the SS, just not until next month or maybe even later depending upon other reviews.  Sorry!
