Hello everyone
I currently have sale on all of my products, but a customer just reached out to me not being able to purchase my item with the given sale. Everytime she goes to checkout, Etsy tells her “the price has changed” and wants to charge her the full price.
Something similar happened around 2 days ago when I noticed a customer purchased one of my items for full price even though I had a shop-wide sale active.
It makes my shop look scammy and I would definitely not buy any product if this happened to me, thinking the seller was just trying to trick me. How do I correct this?
I saw in other threads with issues similar to mine that it could have sth to do with the shop’s currency being different from the customer’s, but my items are listed in EUR and the customer is from France, so the currency is the same.
Thank you!
I can see the sale in your shop. I added an item to my cart and the sale is still showing. I'm in the US.
Thank you for trying! I tried from my computer as well and the sale works fine from my country too. Another customer from today also purchased with the sale. It just seems to show this error to only some, I just don’t understand what is it based on.
@HeritageNook I would suggest she remove the item from her cart and try adding it back in.
We already tried that, but no change
This happened to me after I changed my store currency from AUD to USD I no longer see the sales I had set up.
