Price Issue after Updating listing in App & Other Tech Issues

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I am a seller in Canada with an HST number and I have to add HST into my prices for Canadian customers, so I use the tool that offers domestic pricing for Canadians and the price for everyone else. After going to ship an order today, I printed off the receipt and noticed the customer's total was off and when I pulled up the listing, the Domestic and Global Pricing button was switched off on this listing and I had been selling this popular item at the 'everywhere else' price to Canadian customers.

After contacting Etsy support, the agent told me that *I* had changed the prices myself on May 23rd around 1pm. Now, keep in mind, I have to report all my sales to the government and provide them with the appropriate HST amount on every sale, so I am not going to NOT use the domestic pricing tool and put myself at a disadvantage with having to pay out of pocket, these government taxes, nor am I going to charge US and International customers the higher Canadian price that includes our taxes.

The only thing I did to that listing was add a picture using the app that I had taken on my phone that I wanted to include to show off the item. I did not touch any other part of the listing. Yes, I edited the listing by adding a picture, but did not go beyond that portion in the app. The time stamp on that picture was 1pm.

This has happened once before and I didn't think anything of it, even though everything is set in my listings and I just copy a previous listing to make a new listing, so I don't have to redo the whole listing, just update the pics and description, but it was just one listing and one sale that time.

On top of that, I've had issues in the past months where the thumbnail of my listings that I haven't touched in a long time suddenly revert to the picture being super large and off-centered, as if it was zoomed in to the fullest. It's even happening to listings in my 'Sold Out' and 'Expired' sections, some on listings from a few from years ago.

And then yesterday, my dashboard whole top half, had a banner about being new to Etsy and how to make my first sale. I have been on Etsy since 2013 and have over 21,000 sales.

Technical issues abound, which I'm being told I'm doing myself somehow.....

Good to know. When I mentioned this to Etsy support as I was talking about my issues, she had no idea why I received this.

the domestic/global pricing has been glitchy since the new listing layout. even if you swap back to the old listing layout.

Re: Price Issue after Updating listing in App & Other Tech Issues

I've had this too with 2 of my orders, I had to cancel these orders as the cost of shipping is too high for me to absorb.

This is what Etsy Support told me. I've changed mine so far and will see if the "everywhere else" price is correct. Hope this helps anyone else searching who has this issue!

"Upon checking out some of your orders I can see you're using the new version of your listings called New Listing Experience: The new listing experience is an updated, streamlined listing experience for sellers. Toggle between sections from the navigation bar at the top of the page to quickly access the listing information you want to add or edit.

That said. Please change to old version on the blue banner on the top of your listing. Then please try to update the prices "Everywhere else" and  "Domestic price".

When listing a new item:
1. In the Shipping area select an existing shipping profile in Shipping options, or select Enter custom shipping options to set up shipping settings specific to this listing.
2. Under Shipping prices, select I’ll enter fixed prices manually.
3. Add information to the Country of origin, Origin postal code, and Processing time fields. In the Standard shipping section, you will set which countries you’ll ship to (domestic shipping is required by default). Everywhere Else allows you to create a flat-rate price for shipping to everywhere in the world."
