every month failed star seller because Missing tracking

I add tracking to every order. I have missed the star seller badge repeatedly because I have “missing tracking”. When I look at the order it clearly has a tracking number. How can I get this issue resolved?

We are currently pursuing star sellers, for message ratings and the average rating is already above 95%, but the shipping statistics are still 93%. please update immediately so we can get a star seller badge next month. thanks

You may need to reach out to Etsy support as it may be a glitch that it is not updating it for that particular order.

Unfortunately, Etsy does not recognise the tracking for all postal carriers!  We have trouble in the UK too as our tracking isn't recognised!  If you can use Etsy labels to buy your postage I think that will help.

Very likely, you are using a carrier that star seller does not recognize.  Using Etsy Labels (and shipping on time) assures that your tracking number and carrier will get a YES from the star seller bots.

Check Aftership carriers.  If yours is not listed on Aftership then Etsy cannot recognize it.
