I uploaded USPS tracking for an order and it still shows as "pre-transit." It shows as delivered on USPS website. Buyer confirmed that she received her order. Is there a way to get Etsy to review this?
@stmacaroons There have been several Threads about this glitch which is affecting many Sellers; here is the largest one. In this Thread, Admin TonsofPaper posted that they were pushing a fix for future orders, but are still attempting to fix orders which have been stuck in Pre-Transit for a while. There is no current Community Forum "Announcement."
I'm sorry, it's very frustrating and many Sellers are still having issues as you can see. Some have contacted Chat, bottom Right of Dashboard if you are a Star Seller. Or in Dashboard (Left Column > Community & Help > Contact). OR via Help Page > My Account (lower Right of page).

I've gotten the issue fixed through chat and through email help. I gave them the order#'s and tracking #'s in the messages. Both were handled within 24 hours.
