In my messages log, it shows one message that I never reaponded to. This message never appeared in my inbox. The messages log shows I got two messages from the same customer at the exact same time but only one is in my inbox. Can I be penalized for a message I never received?

We've checked the message that is affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that it didn't received a response. It also appears that it is in your Trash folder. You can view the conversation by going to Shop Manager > Messages > Trash.
