Pre-Transit Error in Shipping

Even though I see message saying this was resolved, I am still getting this error, and it is showing an impact on the Star Seller statistics.  I have been taking packages to the counter and watching them be entered into the system, yet in Etsy they continue to show pre-transit

It's affecting many Sellers, for at least 2 weeks now.  No recent Community Announcement from Etsy.
