I want to ask if any Indian sellers are facing the 'automated holiday mode by Etsy' after enrolling in Etsy Payments. My shop is currently on holiday mode due to an error, and the message states:
"We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Holiday Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now, and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy. To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info."
However, I have contacted Payoneer support, and they confirmed that my account is active. Additionally, my connected shop is also active. Payoneer stated that there are no issues on their end.
I have been trying to connect with Etsy support, but I have not received any resolution so far. Initially, my shop had issues with Etsy Payment enrollment, and now I am facing this holiday mode issue.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems, and if so, how did you resolve them? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
