I don't know how to express my frustration as an app I have used for over 10 years has suddenly been deleted from my shop.
I paid an external company to develop integration with Etsy and my internal back-office systems such as accounting, document printing and archiving, warehouse management, and marketing. This worked so well for over 10 years, even after Etsy changed their API and we upgraded our app to Etsy API v3. Everything worked smoothly till a week ago when all our operations stopped suddenly after someone on Etsy deleted the integration and the app itself. No warnings, no notifications, nothing!!! WHY??
Now I requested a new app and it has pending approval. Why do I need approval for an app I've been using for more than 10 years it is not a commercial app it is used only by me and my team??
How long do I have to wait for that approval?
Currently, all my operations need to be done manually and this creates a lot of mess which needs more people to handle.
My second question is who will pay me for the loss and hassle?
