On-Time Dispatch and Tracking.

 

Unfortunately I was unable to dispatch my order on the next day postage on Friday 22nd of November and over the weekend due to adverse weather conditions otherwise my customer's order would have been shipped on Friday 22nd. I did message my customer to let them know that I would post on Monday 25th of November, fortunately the snow had gone and the roads were safe to travel to the post office. 

I see that due to the above I have 80% on Dispatch Time.  I think that's unfair as I always aim to post as stated on the correct day of dispatch. 

I hope someone will look into this and reassess my Star Seller Dispatch Time.

Next time, before the due date, click on the three dots to the right of your order.  Choose "Update dispatch by date" and extend your shipping deadline.

Can you tell me what will happen regarding Star Seller at 80% ?

As I understand it, Etsy will not retroactively correct the star seller stats.  Most of us learn the details of the star seller rules by making mistakes, so you're in good company.

There is nothing for etsy to correct

you did not ship on time, so you were dinged.

.... if it happens in future, and your customer agrees to the ship date date being moved out, then move it out
