I am trying to add more images so I rank better in search. Yet I am getting this error on several browsers. My desk top and tablet. What the heck. 

I have spent an hour I don't have to this mess. this bug has been going on for the whole year. I need serious help.

For pete sake. Hey Etsy, why don't you let your sellers update their listings to fall in step with your new search placement! this stinks!!!

You are only talking to other sellers here in the forums. Contact Etsy Support from your dashboard.

I have seen mods assist sellers with issues through the forums as well.

I have no problem with adding or changing photos.  How exactly are you trying to do this?  That may be key to the problem you are experiencing.

Are you removing the photo not wanted and then clicking on the empty slot to have your photos open up?  Depending on your setup with your computer, you may need to search for the photo and then drag thge photo or may have to click insert. I use a camera that gives a number to each photo so I have used it enough to know what I need to enter to get that photo to show up in my photos so I can drag.

After I have all photos, I then arrange my photos.  I don't try to do them in a specific order as I found that to be too tedious.

The mods don't help everyone.  THey simply can't answer every post that happens.  Maybe a fellow seller can help if you give more information about how you are entering your photos.

ive been here since 2008. Have never had this issue. Its just sad. Ive searched for a solution and see it been on going for a lot of sellers since January this year.

I found the solution! YAY. I was missing date the item was made. Sheesh.
