Hello! Hoping someone can help me with this, I have not received any payments in my bank account since I reopened my shop 4 months ago. It doesnt show as being paid out on my CSV, but the amount showing zeros out after it is due to be deposited. I keep trying to reach out to chat and I'm told I will be transferred to a payment specialist via email, but that never happens. I now cant get chat to work, and no one will reply to requests! How do I get in touch with support??
Check your credit card expiration date
My bank info is all correct with etsy.
Check your CREDIT CARD on file, not your bank account. The CC is your backup funding source in case Etsy needs to charge you for refunds etc at a time when your funds have already been sent to your bank. If the CC expires, Etsy can't use it for any refund needed, so this results in a freeze on funds withdrawals until it is updated.
Credit card doesnt expire till 2025, its valid and current.
@CennsCreations How many sales have you made since re-opening your Shop? It is possible that the funds received have not covered Etsy Fees.
Another possibility is that you have been placed on a Payment Account Reserve as your Shop had a "sudden" uptick in Sales since re-opening 4 months ago. Your Listings are relatively low value and it is entirely possible that, after Etsy fees and shipping costs, your Payment Account Reserve minimum ihas not been met.
(Just a FYI, Using Barbie and Betty Boop in Listings may cause issues for you in the future)
I am covering fees, I can see in the "available for deposit" section I am supposed to get xyz amount, and I am in the green as well. However nothing is deposited on the dates it says it will, and nothing says it was deposited on the CSV either.
