Etsy Labels - Unable to purchase

Good morning,

This morning after several attempts on multiple and single items, I have been unable to purchase Etsy labels.  The error message is:

You just purchased 0 labels

1 label failed to purchase

See affected order

Is anyone else having this problem?  

I can see from previous threads this has happened before over the years.  I have signed out and back in, and tried an alternative browser, as suggested in a previous thread to no avail.

I just had a thought, that this may be due to Etsy reprogramming for the Royal Mail price increase effective tomorrow, 2nd October?!?

Morning , Mine are saying Purchased and we will let you know in "completed" when they are ready to print , then nothing , they dont appear or go to completed , Spoke to Etsy via chat which was a waste of time , sent me a link to clear my cache and another to try a different browser , Obviously they never changed anything so ETSY have no idea whats wrong or how to resolve it , which dosent help us when we want to get the orders off our account before ETSY put us in Holiday mode for not shipping orders

Same here! Good thinking re postage prices, hopefully it will be fixed for us soon if that's the cause of the problems.

I have just had the fun of clearing browsing history and cache to see if that made a difference (mentioned as a solution on a previous similar thread)  It has made no difference, so save yourselves that bother and get another cup of coffee instead

I'm having the same problem. Went over to RM to purchase and the same thing there. Could be a Royal Mail problem?

It's not an Etsy problem - it's Royal Mail. I use Click & Drop and it won't let me purchase anything...

I have also been having this problem this morning. I've just tried using the app instead of the website but I can't get that to work either. This has been going on at least a few hours now, I first tried to purchase at 8am UK time so I'm surprised there aren't more people on the forum mentioning it, maybe it isn't site-wide?

Looks like this has now been fixed. I have managed to print my labels as normal. No changes to browsers or deleting history.

Use a 3rd party shipper that integates with Etsy such as pirateShip. It's free and customer support is great. Not associated with them, just a happy customer.

I am having this same issue today.  I am in the USA and need to purchase a shipping label for an order going to the UK.  Etsy support wasn't able to explain or help.  Just told me to purchase outside of Etsy and they would credit the extra 30% I have to pay for it. That's a hassle.  Hopefully it will be resolved very soon!
